All Custom Work – Final Sale

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of atelier commissions, all custom garments are final sale. No refunds or returns are accepted on custom work. Each piece is created through a guided process with the atelier and made specifically for the client.

We encourage thoughtful consultation prior to production to ensure clarity around design, fit, and expectations.

Ready-to-Wear & Shop Items

Items purchased through the Aldona Atelier shop may be eligible for size exchange only under the following conditions:

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Exchanges are limited to sizing only (subject to availability)

No refunds are offered.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
